The 51/A restaurant, completely refurbished in the summer of 2008, with stylish and elegant furnishings, can accommodate up to 150 people. Chef Fabio Ferri offers the renowned traditional local specialities from the Parma area in addition to international dishes.
Hot and cold buffets, informal and gala dinners, catering for groups and sports teams can also be organised in the cool and relaxing outdoor area. Our cellar presents a fabulous selection of wines and spirits and our experienced and courteous staff provide guests with an excellent service.
In the morning, the 51/A restaurant provides a generous buffet breakfast for guests to start their day. The selection also includes slides of Parma Ham and Parmesan cheese.
